What is Inward Outside Retreat?

A one-day women's retreat. A slow, nature-filled day to pause, go inward, and breathe before winter settles in.
We’ll gather under the trees and in the meadows to move gently, create, reflect, and rest.


It’s a day to hit the reset button, quiet the noise, and tune into the birdsong, the breeze, and the light through the leaves.

You’ll be guided through movement, intention setting, hands-on creative sessions, and quiet reflection with people who truly embody what they teach. This isn’t a day of checking boxes—it’s a spacious, intentional experience designed to be individually unique and supportive of your whole self.

This day is meant to be your own. You can move with the group or not. Join every offering or simply sit in the grass and breathe. There’s no pressure to share, perform, or connect unless you want to. It’s less about group dynamics—more about giving yourself what you need, in your own time, in good company.

This retreat is a rain or shine event. We’ll be gathering in an open-air pavilion with access to shaded areas and natural cover—but we’ll still be moving, walking, stretching outdoors, exposed to the elements. Please dress for the weather and hope for the sun!
