Without the noise of the everyday, you’re invited to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet rhythm that’s always been waiting for you.

Here, there’s space to wander on a trail, to sit with a book, to join in guided movement, or to simply rest and listen to the birdsong. We’ll be at the mercy of the weather, and that too is part of the practice—learning to welcome what is, finding stillness in the shifting skies, and remembering that connection to nature is always imperfect, always beautiful.
